Nèr Znǐnzìq Birěkhka (/nɤr/ /ˈznɪnzɨq/ [perfect] [raincoat]) is a subtropical Town located in Glekhovimi Parish, Rs-20pvèl District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Nèr Znǐnzìq Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Nèr Znǐnzìq Birěkhka was founded by Shêbel Dyèdshêm, who was culturaly Constructi.
